Mark Novak's Scuits are traditionnal tea or coffee cookies hand stamped in a classical round shape hand made out of fresh ingredients. The original receipt comes from an old family tradition. The receipt was transmitted during many generations and the cookies where exclusively made for the members of the family. It is now the first time that those cookies are prepared for a wider audience in a modern pastry shop but still stamped one by one.

The base ingredients are wheat meal, butter, egg yolk, sugar and walnuts. There are now six different flavors; No 1 Vanilla, No 2 Chocolate, No 3 Nuts, No 4 Coconut, No 5 Lemon and No 6 Cinnamon.

Scuits are now distributed in Switzerland and we are very proud that one of the most renowned Swiss Private Bank has chose Scuits as their official present for special occasions. We plan to distribute the Scuits in Germany , France and the UK very soon.

The packaging is with a very practical and elegant metal box to keep those excellent cookies fresh up to a year.
